On the 15th of April 2019, SCOPE (Standing Committee on Professional Exchange) and SCORE (Standing Committee on Research Exchange) CIMSA FK Unpad held their annual Exchange Fair, which was opened for all medical students of Universitas Padjadjaran to join and explore the excitement of taking part in professional and research exchange programs. This event was preceded with the registration opened that was started from 10th until the 26th of April, and the peak event was held in C.5.3 FK Unpad with full of fun activities.
Exchange Fair: Let’s Get Abroad 2019 provided the students full of information about the countries that are available for professional and research exchange programs, and it brought fun atmosphere by making the adventures felt like going through Monopoly adventures. The event was started with an exclusive talk show from CIMSA FK Unpad resource persons, Farhana Nariswari as a SCOPE Outgoing participant to Italy and Syifa Rahma Septiani as a SCORE Outgoing participant to Egypt.
After the talk show, this event was continued with a brief explanation of the exchange program’s registration, departure, payment, and report. This segment was presented by our Local Exchange Officer, Priscilla Diah Pratami and our Local Officer for Research Exchange, Tiffanny Resta Kanisha.
Last but not least, the event was ended with the event’s highlights which was the countries session. SCOPE and SCORE provided presentations of Level 2 and Level 3 countries from six different continents, which were: Brazil, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Each of the rooms shown was fully decorated by distinctive ornaments of each country. The participants were able to learn more and widen their perspectives in learning each of the countries’ traditional cultures and cuisines along with fun and exciting games brought by the committee.
We hope that this event gave insights and answered all of the questions that the participants wanted to know more about SCOPE-SCORE’s exchange programs.
